The problem
After every meeting someone had to write the minutes and hand out tasks. It happened late, badly or not at all.
What I built
- Recording and transcription of the meeting with AI (Gemini).
- Executive summary with decisions and key points.
- Task detection with owner and deadline, sent straight to TaskFlow.
The demo is simulated: the recording types itself and the analysis is a sample. In production this all happens with real audio.
What I learned
Transcription is the easy part. The value is in turning it into actions and pushing them to where the team already works.
Frequently asked questions
Is automatic transcription reliable in Spanish?
With today's models, yes: Spanish accuracy is high even with several speakers.
Where are recordings stored?
On the project's own servers. For sensitive data it can be deployed inside the company network.
